   Hey P.L., I miss your posts. Maybe you’d know — do policy analysts/students of public policy have a name for the long-used tactic of funding all sides of a policy question in order to pull the interested parties out to the various extreme positions, leaving a policy vacuum at the center where consensus and progress are possible?
